Bethany Basile (she/her)

Founder/Principal of Vision Growth Fundraising

Located in New York on the traditional land of the Kitchawanc tribe, Vision Growth has served clients across the country since 2017. Founder/Principal Bethany Basile has led fundraising teams at both grassroots organizations and legacy institutions over the past 15 years. Most recently she served as Deputy Director to the Boston Workers Circle, a 125-year-old Jewish Social Justice organization rooted in Yiddishkayt and Labor Movement traditions. In this role, she laid vital infrastructure and oversaw fundraising initiatives to advance the community's objectives, serving as an activation hub for Leftist Jews in diverse movements, including Police and Prison Abolition and Immigrant Justice.

Bethany served as the primary frontline fundraiser for corporations and foundations at the Northeastern University School of Law as well as the College for Arts and Humanities where she raised six and seven-figure gifts for projects including Margaret Burnham's Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project (an archive of previously neglected racially motivated homicides and subsequent Restorative Justice efforts) and Stable Ground (a housing court intervention lab).

In New York, she previously supported program design and raised launch funding for the arts sector’s first technical theater workforce development initiative (now in its sixth cohort) in partnership with the IATSE Union, as the Director of Foundation Relations at Roundabout Theatre Company. Prior to joining Roundabout, she worked on landmark public-private community-based initiatives at Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). She is a graduate of New York University (BFA), Northeastern University (MS), and an alum of Coro Leadership New York (LNY28).
